Congratulations to Whitney Hanley (front row, 3rd from the left), teaching professional at the Tennis Center of the Black Hills in Rapid City, SD, for being selected as part of the inaugural cohort of women leaders for this exclusive opportunity. USTA Coaching successfully launched its inaugural Women in Coaching Cohort in January, convening twenty-five coaches from across the country at varying stages of their careers for a powerful three-day in-person experience in Lake Nona, Florida. The new program serves as a direct response to findings from the USTA’s Women in Coaching Report, which identified the persistent barriers women face in entering, advancing, and staying in the coaching profession.
